Since not all disputes not end with the rendering of a jury verdict or the judge’s ruling, the appeal process can be a critical step in protecting a client’s rights.
With expertise in many different areas of civil litigation and experience in the appeal process, our attorneys have a history of successfully handling appeals in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies.
Whether the matter was initially handled by Blish & Cavanagh at the trial level or referred to us by other counsel after trial, our attorneys can advise our clients as to which issues truly warrant an appeal or properly frame the issues and determine the best arguments to protect a favorable outcome at the trial level from reversal on appeal.
We try to provide clients with thoughtful and objective evaluations of the risks and benefits of each appeal, as well as providing them with cost-effective representation.
