clients in a broad range of First Amendment and access matters.
Blish & Cavanagh also handles a variety of complex matters
before Rhode Island state administrative bodies, including the
Department of Environmental Management, the Coastal Resources Management
Council, and the Human Rights Commission, as well as municipal zoning,
planning, and licensing boards.
