MARY CAVANAGH DUNN

Mary Cavanagh Dunn is an associate with the firm who practices general civil litigation in different areas including employment litigation, contract law, constitutional law, personal injury and municipal law.
She currently serves as President of the Rhode Island Women's Bar
Association and is a member of the planning committee for the 2008
District Court Conference for the United States District Court for the
District of Rhode Island.
She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and American Bar Association and she is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Ms. Dunn is the author of “Interpreting Rule 60B(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure: Relief From Judgments for ‘Any Other Reason’” 7 Suffolk J. Trial App. Advoc. 127 (2002).
During law school she was a staff member of the Moot Court Honor Board, Production Editor for the Suffolk Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy, and recipient of Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Law and Corporations.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in history from the College of the Holy Cross in 1996 and received her J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2002.
