In addition to counseling clients on how to avoid litigation, our
attorneys represent clients before state and federal administrative agencies with
jurisdiction over employment matters, including the Rhode Island
Commission for Human Rights, the Massachusetts Commission against
Discrimination, and the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
We also represent clients in employment-related arbitration and in litigation in the
trial courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the U.S. District Courts
in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and the First Circuit Court of
Appeals.
