municipalities, school committees and municipal agencies.
We currently serve as Town Solicitor or chief legal advisor in
the town of Smithfield, are general counsel to the
East Greenwich Fire District, and have recently performed specialized
legal services for East Greenwich, Cumberland, Cranston, Lincoln, and the School
Committees in East Greenwich and Barrington, to name just a few.
Our trial lawyers have considerable experience in municipal
litigation matters, which enables the firm to provide full service to
our municipal clients.
In addition to representing municipalities, we are also able to
use our knowledge of local government to assist our clients who
encounter the red tape often found in local government operations, be it
the zoning board, tax assessor, police department or town council.
