Biography
Matthew A. Gruneberg advises clients on matters of land use, zoning, planning, and property law, construction law, and general civil litigation.
Matthew holds a Master of Architecture degree from Roger Williams University (2011) and has a decade of experience as a designer and draftsman on projects ranging from small home additions to large public healthcare facilities.
Matthew’s unique experience working alongside architects, engineers, builders, preservationists, permitting authorities, and property owners bridges an understanding between complex legal requirements and the realities of development.
During law school, Matthew served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William P. Robinson III of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Matthew also interned for the Environmental and Energy Unit of the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General and served as Lead Editor of the UMass Law Review.
